It’s a tough year to be a member of the Smoak family on “Arrow.” While certainly there have been some ups — like Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) taking control of a company and getting engaged to Oliver (Stephen Amell) –there have also been some serious downfalls. Felicity being shot and paralyzed wasn’t wonderful and the mysterious arrival of Noah Kuttler (Tom Amandes), her absentee father, is suspicious at best. Full article here.
